A 60-minute, Level 1-2, high energy Power Flow class with a focus on opening the groin, hamstrings and iliotibial band. Starting with a meditation in a cross-legged seated position, we will slowly turn up the heat with a creative standing sequence that offers some challenging Level 2 options!
